Our clinic is an accredited teaching practice for James Cook University who provided General Practitioners for training in rural communities. We are also a teaching practice for the James Cook University medical students and are mentors for medical students from as far away as Brisbane and Adelaide. We are accredited with AGPAL (Australian General Practice Accreditation Limited). All doctors in the practice have vocational registration and continually update their knowledge through participation in a Continuing Medical Education program.
